Sponsor FAQs
We'd like to say a big thank you to our sponsors. You're what allows us to put on a professional, fun event for the Drupal community at a very low cost for each attendee - making DrupalCon more accessible. With your sponsorship, you get many benefits that we hope will give you great exposure at DrupalCon DC. Please read below to see what we need from you - and when - and what you should plan for. Platinum Sponsorship
We need from you:
- Ad for program handbook (5" by 5.25"), grayscale - see spec. Please send us your ad by Wednesday, February 18 so we can ensure it makes it into the handbook.
- Swag - we'll drop one swag item into a tote bag that each attendee will receive - all 1,350 of them. Please get us all swag by Monday, February 23 so we can ensure it makes it into the bags. Shipping details below.
- Usernames on DrupalCon DC website for the 10 people you'd like to bring with your sponsor admissions.
- High quality logo (eps, ai, svg)
To plan for:
- Private meeting room: You'll have this room to use as you'd like from March 4-7, from 9:00 am to 6:30 pm each day (ending at 5:00 pm on Saturday). The room will not have a projector or a screen, so if you'd like one please request one. About 24 people can fit into your room, and it will be set up classroom style with 6' tables that you can arrange however you'd like.
- Exhibit table: You'll have a 6' to 8' w by 30" deep table on which to use as you'd like from March 4-6. This will be in the main concourse.
- Session: As a platinum sponsor, you get a one hour session slot to present on a topic of your choice. Please send me a 500 character description of the session, along with a title and the speakers' names.
Gold Sponsorship
We need from you:
- Ad for program handbook (5" by 2.5"), grayscale - see spec. Please send us your ad by Wednesday, February 18 so we can ensure it makes it into the handbook.
- Swag - we'll drop one swag item into a tote bag that each attendee will receive - all 1,350 of them. Please get us all swag by Monday, February 23 so we can ensure it makes it into the bags. Shipping details below.
- Usernames on DrupalCon DC website for the 6 people you'd like to bring with your sponsor admissions.
- High quality logo (eps, ai, svg)
To plan for:
- Exhibit table: You'll have a 6' by 30" deep table on which to use as you'd like from March 4-6. This will be in the main concourse.
Silver Sponsorship
We need from you:
- Ad for program handbook (5" by 1.5"), grayscale - see spec. Please send us your ad by Wednesday, February 18 so we can ensure it makes it into the handbook.
- Swag - we'll drop one swag item into a tote bag that each attendee will receive - all 1,350 of them. Please get us all swag by Monday, February 23 so we can ensure it makes it into the bags. Shipping details below.

- Exhibit table: You'll have a 6' w by 30" deep table for you to use as you'd like from March 4-6. This will be in a side hallway of the venue, near the birds of a feather session rooms and coding rooms.
Bronze Sponsorship
We need from you:
- Ad for program handbook (5" by 1.125"), grayscale - see spec. Please send us your ad by Wednesday, February 18 so we can ensure it makes it into the handbook.
- Usernames on DrupalCon DC website for the 2 people you'd like to bring with your sponsor admissions

To plan for:
- Exhibit table: You'll have a 3' round high top table for you to use on March 4 and 5. This will be in a side hallway of the venue, near the birds of a feather session rooms and coding rooms.
Nonprofit Sponsorship
We need from you:
- Ad for program handbook (5" by 1.125"), grayscale - see spec. Please send us your ad by Wednesday, February 18 so we can ensure it makes it into the handbook.
- Usernames on DrupalCon DC website for the 1 person you'd like to bring with your sponsor admission.

Exhibit Tables
All exhibit tables will be in the hallways of the conference, and not a traditional exhibit hall. We hope this gives our sponsors more exposure as you'll be set up where the action is. The exhibit tables will not have electricity - we recommend displaying literature and information, rather than attempting to use electronic displays. For shipping details, see below.
You can set up your table Tuesday between 2:00 pm and 5:00 pm, or on Wednesday after 7:30 am.
Shipping Materials to Convention Center
If you'd like to ship any materials for your exhibit table to the Convention Center, you can send them to the Capital Business Center at the conference venue. To do this, you'll need to fill out this form, email it to them, and pay a fee (listed on the form). You can ship materials to:
