Not yet -- we're not sure what it makes sense to release as the theme is not exactly reusable for other sites. After the end of the conference I'll make sure the original source SVG is available under a Creative Comment or GPL-style license for others to use & learn from.

I'd love to know more about the graphics part of the site. I've looked at the Inkscape tutorials and am generally uninspired to make something more than a swirl or a star. :)
