I don't think lunches are included. The only official lunch I know of is this one:

which costs maybe $25. (I saw $20 on their site.)
Hopefully there will be sandwiches or other quick food nearby for lunches.

At both Barcelona and Szeged lunch was provided, but I haven't heard anything yet about lunch at DC. 1300+ geeks are going to need a hell of a lot of food!

Since there is nothing about lunch on the site I'm assuming that it is not included. It would be great if an organizer could confirm.
