I think it would be useful to allow registrants to un-vote for designs as more designs are added and people's preferences change.

Full disclosure: I have submitted three T-shirt designs, so my request is perhaps a bit self-serving. Regardless, at least one other registrant has mentioned he would like to take back a previous vote.
