Phil manages the drupal build for Consortium for Complex Operations (CCO). The CCO portal is a hub for multiple government, non government and academic entities to collaborate and connect via an online platform particularly centered around education and training issues.

On the side Phil also manages site builds using Expression Engine and is an information architecture, usability and UX geek.
