How did you first get involved in Drupal development?

Over two years ago we had some new clients struggling with Drupal performance so we started to investigate Drupal.  We were able to solve the performance, and in the process of learning about Drupal we very impressed with both the platform and the community.  At that time, we moved all of our corporate sites to Drupal, started referring clients to Drupal, and joined the Drupal community.

Being local to DC, what advice do you have for other Drupalers coming to the city?

Washington DC is a unique city and I would recommend everyone take a few moments while you are here to see what makes our nation’s capital special—the monuments, the museums, the Capital and the White House, the history.

What are you most looking forward to at DrupalCon DC?

Meeting new people and learning what people are accomplishing with Drupal.  Conferences like DrupalCon always reenergize me, and I hope others will leave DrupalCon DC with news ideas and energy to accomplish their goals.
