Rick Cohen is the Director of Membership and Technology for the National Council of Nonprofits. Rick joined the Council as Membership and Communications Associate in May 2005 after two years as Communications Intern with the Forum of Regional Associations of Grantmakers. His current work focuses on building the capacity of the nonprofit sector through the state association network. He helps to connect state associations with knowledge and resources so they can better serve their membership base of over 20,000 nonprofits and the sector as a whole. His work also includes managing the Council’s websites and technology and organizing the annual State Association Member Meeting and Nonprofit Congress National Meeting.
