Since the snow storm is already ending and it looks like things should be fine in D.C. by tomorrow, we’re not going to be refunding any tickets or doing transfers because of the snow. We know the snow storm’s been a big news story, but everything should be pretty well cleaned up by tomorrow, and certainly by Wednesday. Here’s a screenshot of the forecast for D.C.:
