We recently completed a large project, where we used teams from around the world (UK, Spain, Argentina, Romania, Czech Republic) to create a Citizen Journalism website - www.demotix.com .

This BoF is a chance for people to share their experances of working with distrobuted teams and the version control/project managment chalanges that it faces.

We (Openly Connected) used BZR as our source control system, with two repositories (one code one DB) and will be happy to go into detail about the implementation.
