Make a webcomic site
There is a webcomic module, I know, but It seems to be rather neglected. I figure with the current arsenal of modules and a little custom theming, we could add the functionality needed.
The Idea is to get a bunch of us together in person to share what we have managed so far. Hopefully we can all bring pieces and put them all together into a proper recipe.

i looked at webcomic when it first came out ....

I'm curious about this topic myself. I don't have a webcomic, but it seems to me drupal is already almost perfect for such a site.
Still thinking of doing this
Now that I am at the convention, I am still thinking of scheduling this in one of the rooms even with the lack of interest. A friend of mine has gotten a real taste of Drupal in the last week and is starting to drum up the interest in it within the webcomic community. I am thinking this may be even more beneficial to do at this point.
