Along with her husband Rick, Pat founded Eden Systems Corporation and Monarch Digital. Pat provides the management direction and organization for Monarch Digital, which specializes in Drupal development and video production, as well as the intersection of video and the web.

Some of Pat's career highlights include:
- Founded multiple successful companies
- Developed all financial, marketing and sales, customer interface (support, training, documentation, packaging) and administrative functions for several startup companies
- Negotiated acquisition of Eden Systems by an international consulting firm

When she's not at Monarch, Pat also teaches a variety of management courses at area colleges.
