I discovered Drupal In December 2007 and it's changed every aspect of my existence.
I have been to 4 Lullabot workshops, BostonDrupalcon2008, and presented 6 sessions at the DrupalCampChicago Oct 24th,25th 2008.
I lead the local Drupal users group groups.drupal.org/indiana and I'm helping McNeelycorp start another group on the campus of Purdue University.
I spent the 1st 9 months of my Drupal experience trying to help a guy build a large social network for boaters. Problems with the business model lead to its shut down. I took the chance to start anew.
Now I work for www.slingshotseo.com where I write PHP, MySQL, and deal with the growing number of Drupal sites we have here.
I would have to say that I enjoy teaching Drupal even more than developing, but I love them both.
