I'm currently a scientific software engineer at the Mars Space Flight Facility at Arizona State University. We do cool stuff like write software to manage instruments on spacecraft orbiting and crawling around on Mars. I was hired in 2008 to modernize their web infrastructure, and I'm using Drupal to do so, as the foundation for their online publishing, scientific data delivery applications, and user management for fat client applications like JMARS.

In my past life I was VP of Interactive Media for two of The McClatchy Company's newspapers, where I introduced Drupal to McClatchy in 2005.
